Unfortunately, at the moment, most of my notes are written in French, and the document is still very much a work in progress. Some parts are also still too close to the 4th edition supplement for me to distribute the full text comfortably.
However, I could prepare an English summary soon, especially of the historical setup, the political situation around Namur, Liège and Luxembourg, and the way I am trying to reinterpret Triamore as a more coherent Mosan covenant for 5th edition.
