demon hunter house hold

Is there a house of magi that specializes in demon hunting and standing against the infernal?

No but Flambeau comes closest. I think there are also some demon hunters in Criamon.

If nothing else being Perdo special lists would help.
The Tytallus also have an interest in demons.
Somw ex Misc lineages too (Venatores).

There are the Flambeau and Criamon as noted. The Tremere also have contact a hedge tradition called the Hunters, who specialise in killing supernatural things. The belief that they are a weapon designed to avenge the House if whoever destroyed it in the Schism does so again cannot be confirmed. They are described in the Transylvanian book.

No, and I would be wary of making one. There is some tribunal ruling somewhere, expressing concern about antagonising the infernal. Strong as they are, I do not think the Order is strong enough to survive a consorted attack by the Infernal, and a live and let live policy has some merit.

Well, yes, but the question was about demon hunters, unless you're using that in a sort of Pokémon sense.

Not a House but a form of gild:

RoP:TI p.120
The Venatores (“Hunters”) are a group of magi who have dedicated themselves to the eradication of demons. They sometimes refer to themselves as Apotropaic Magi, meaning “those who ward off or combat evil.” These magi do not pass on their secrets and techniques in the usual fashion from master to apprentice; instead they seek out magi who are sorely troubled by demons and offer their knowledge to them as an “advanced apprenticeship.” Consequently, the Venatores can be members of any House, are generally at least a decade out of apprenticeship, and are often specialized in Vim. When training a new Venator, the elder mentor typically spends one or more years teaching what he knows about demons and the Art of Vim to his pupil, and then leaves in pursuit of the foe once again. They have no formal contact with each other afterward, and so cannot truly be said to comprise a tradition or societas.

But the houses all dip into the infernal at some point

1- Diedne. Eradicated due to infernal dealings
2- Tytalus. Almost eradicated for the same reason
3- Tremere. Still playing with demons as they have yet to get caught
4- Criamon. They sacrifice themselves to the infernal to beat the infernal
5- Flambeau keep getting tricked by the infernal as they seek ultimate power
6- The Dark Jerbiton. Need I say more
7- Merinita. Just Dark Fey they said
8- Guernicus. The end justifies the means
9- Merceres. Not infernal per say... just inbred oh and don't mind the pagan rituals. Nothing to see here
10- Bonisagus. Knowledge is knowledge is all of it is precious
11- Verditious. They literally accrue vice
12- ExMisc. Witches Witches & Witches
13- Bijornaer. Not Infernal

One does need to catch them all, if one wants to be the very best.

Well, that was the accusation, digging a bit deeper, they were eradicated because they were the largest most powerful house and that didn't sit well with someone who wanted to be caliph instead of the caliph, and their being non-latin made them an easy other to scapegoat...

Yes, please!

This fascinates me. Which book is RoP:TI so i can get it, this is what i am looking for.

RoP:TI = Realms of Power: The Infernal.
Which, as one might guess, is where most demon-related information can be found.

lol. You'll find the details in the Tribunal book for the Rhine

Story Seed: The Dark Jerbiton
The exact extent of the dark side of Imanitos Mendax in your saga is for you to
decide. For instance, he may simply be a somewhat amoral magus who poses no real
harm beyond his devious moneymaking schemes. On the other hand, if you choose
to introduce diabolic wizards into your saga, Imanitos makes an excellent candidate
for a dark magus. Furthermore, if you use the saga plot “Between the Devil and the
Deep Blue Sea” (see Chapter 11: Rhine Sagas), he fits as one of the principal servants
of the demon Radegast, who seeks to corrupt the new Baltic towns (see Rostock
below)
