I'm terrible at statting out saints.
St. Mark is a (RoP:TD:p.89) Major Saint.
Venetian legends I recall off the cuff lead to (RoP:TD p.88f) Powers: Apparition, Celestial Immunity, The Dutiful Shepherd. Looking up Mark in the Legenda Aurea here, you can find motivation to give him the Powers: Expel Demons, Grant of Serenity, Straighten the Crippled and to provide presentiments, deliver from danger at sea or work and heal diseases. Many of these are best handled as responses to (RoP:TD p.87) invocations, not as 'cut and dried' Powers.
