Does Unknown Armies has an OGL

I am working with a group of GMs on a Horror RPG anthology that we hope to kickstart. One of my submissions for the anthology was originally written for UA 2nd edition. Does UA have an OGL that would allow me to publish the scenario using UA rules, character sheets, etc?

Hi - Unknown Armies does not have an OGL, unfortunately. While we are publisher of the RPG, the underlying property belongs to creators Greg Stolze and John Tynes.

Thank you for the reply. Would it be possible to get their contact information to send them a request directly? Or perhaps I could work with someone at Atlas to submit the scenario and details on the project to them for approval.
