Interestingly, I can establish a connection using my public IP address, with proper port forwarding (both incoming and outgoing) on port 25565. It seems like there might be a misconfiguration related to my website server setup. I'm utilizing GoDaddy's Domain service for this. I'm eagerly awaiting suggestions and solutions.
