Emotion of Reversed Intentions : which level ?

Hi Folks !

I was thinking of a new spell for my Maga when I realized it was already mentionned in the Nigrasaxa saga :

Emotion of Reversed Intentions
Muto Mentem 20
R: Eye/Sight, D: Sun/Moon, T: Ind
Spell Focus: A Ruby (+3)

The main emotion influencing a character at the time of casting is replaced by its opposite over the next minute. The new emotion is felt as strongly as the original, but lacks justification and can therefore be talked out of someone. Intelligence stress roll of 9+ to resist.

Switching to 5th ed rules, I would go for a Base 4 (Completely change a person's emotions) making it a 15 level spell, whether my SG would go for a Base 3 (Make a major change to a person's emotion) making it a 10 level spell.

Both ways seem far away from the original 4th ed level 20 spell...

Any thoughts ?
