Both effects can be one and the same here, if you just make the effect slightly larger than a pure PeVi(Me) effect 
. There you go with your mythic blooded apprentice. The only difference is that you made him mythic It can mean loads of trouble as well training them since (IMO and IMS) ReMe and specially MuMe effects were used quite extensively when the apprentice was a rebellious teenager. Maybe the notion of "rebellious teenager" is too modern, but this is how they were roleplayed IMS
