Are there feng shui sites in the Netherworld?
I'm not sure - I'd have to re-read my Elevator to the Netherworld. I do recall that the ability to shape the Netherworld was related to the number of chi sites you'd been attuned to in the 'real' world, so I would suspect that, if there are any, there probably aren't that many, as they might skew the balance there.
