HoH:S p. 56. Would it be too much to ask you to use the latest version of the Virtues and Flaws index, which is available on the Atlas Games site for free?

I was, until it didn't have academic concentration listed. I had assumed that muse was related to A&A muse and so I wasn't checking the list where it had failed before.

I'm coming up with 325 points in abilities, where for age 23 she should have 315...

Did you consider enchanting music for this character ? I think it would go very well with this concept.
