What would the form and bonus be for garlic? I know that it was available in Romania, mostly I know that fact from the tv show “good eats”.

I figured that it would add (at least) +3 to repulse vampires.
It would have to give a bonus for any magic involving cooking.
There's a lot of "Old Wives tales" about the health benefits of garlic, so a bonus to healing magics wouldn't be unreasonable.
According to RoP:D 128, if you read the right book to know it, Garlic has +2 to improve vitality, +3 to kill internal parasites.
