How it's worded, it seems as if Gene Freaks can stack things like berzerk and very fast. This seems extremely overpowered when someone can use three attacks in a turn, hitting for a load of damage each time.
Sure they freak out on occasion, but it doesn't really seem to matter, as they can end the fight very quickly.
