Let me set the scene. There is 1 card in the deck left. There is a full discard pile and I play the card stormy night, which allows me to draw 4 cards.
I draw 1 card and then what happens?
My brother says that you take HALF of the discard pile and then make a draw deck from it because if someone has the card "Till death do us part" (which allows a player to search the discard pile for a card and use it) then they wouldn't be able to use it.
I think this is nonsense. The whole discard pile should be made into a deck not half.
