Whiskers allows death free plays when playing skull iconed cards. Must this death card be played on that card that triggered the rule or can it be played on any character?
It can be played on any character. Whiskers is a powerful guest to have - which is why he doesn't follow any icons (you have to work to get him) and has a base negative score (so other players can choose to kill him themselves).
