Garcin developed wanderlust at a very early age, and joined the caravan to facilitate this desire. At first fascinated by the exotic people of the caravan itself, he soon became enamoured of the new places and people he met travelling. When the caravan dissolved, he remained at the crossroads of Christian and Islamic culture on Malta hoping for further inspiration. While he normally accompanies Tartessos, the magus utilized flight magic on this trip, so Garcin had to stay behind. Garcin is the first to volunteer for any trip, the more exotic, the better.

Kuiti Itijin, you may want to review this character. As we wont be starting with mysteries ( I think) , the IOC wont be available for Garcin. It would also have been 1 season of laboratory activity for Tartessos per IOC.

I consider items of quality worth their weight in gold, but as they nominally fetch three pawns of vis, I'll buy them rather than spend seasons. Tartessos has a personal vis source and I have carefully spaced out his major vis expenditures to match. He'll be able to afford the IOQ's before the dissolution of the caravan, but they won't actually be held by the grogs while he's gone. Expect to receive a letter when he hears of the dissolution of the caravan, some of his property (including these IOQ's) might come into play then.
