It seems that the idea of a shoulder Angel and Demon goes back to a 2nd Century AD Christian book.
So wouldn't it makes sense that the Guardian Angel virtue be matched by a Flaw, call it Iniquitous Devil?
Plagued by supernatural entity would do the trick.
