I have some problem with the new guidelines.
For example:
Gruagach:
personal, conversation (+0/+1), voice (+1/+2) ... what does it mean??
I have no clue

Because Gruagachan cannot cannot cast Blessings upon themselves (and wouldn't want to Curse themselves). Range guidelines for those Forms begin at Conversation +0 rather than Personal +0.

Page 59, first paragraph of the "Ranges, Durations, and Targets" section. It lists the separate base parameters for Shape/Vision and Blessing/Curse.
