I have scoured the books but not managed to find the answer.
What do Demons use for over coming Magic Resistance? I am guessing it is Might + a Stress Die. But would be great if someone can point me to the right book and page number for the correct rules

It's on page 191 of the main book. Pentration = Might Score - 5 x Power Might Point Cost (+ aura and Penetration), as for creatures with Might from other realms.
Ah ha thank you, not sure how I managed to miss that!
