Bjornaers can refine their Inner Heartbeast. One possible option is to consider that Lightning Reflex can be used to interrupt such spells, another option is to initiate something equivalent to Improved Powers for spell mastery into Heartbeast that includes fast-casting as a result of spell mastery xp. Neither are fully RAW options and would need a troupe discussion, but I think they are reasonable judgement calls to make.
