Whistle up the Wind: Accelerated ability or not?
It seems to correspond to every criteria for Accelerated abilities given in HoH:S on the encart page 104, but nothing is specidied.
If an Ability doesn't specify that it's an Accelerated Ability, it's not one. Whistle Up the Wind uses the normal advacement and Ease Factors for a regular Ability.
No - it is an example of a Supernatural Ability. The main criteria for Acclerated Abilities is that they have to match levels rather than Ease Factors - so beating a creature's Might, or exceeding a spell level. This is not true for Whistle Up The Wind.
