Level of a Breakthrough for Ancient / Hedge Magic Integration

Salve Sodales !
I'm facing a confusion in order to determine the level of a discovered effect in ancient (or hedge) magic research. A mage accumulate breakthrough points equal to the discovered effect's level, my question is: this level should be determine by the foreign magic's guideline or hermetic guideline?
Here's a practical example:

My Verditius player is seeking rune magic and might stumble upon a "The Runemaster Turns the Thief Into Stone" script, which is according to Hedge Magic a level 30 Thurisaz Script. But if you translate it into Hermetic guidelines, it is a MuCo(Te) R: Touch (1) D: Rune (3) R: Inscription (0) Base Effect 25 with a final level of 45.
So, what happens?

A - The Verditius learns a spell level 30 like a Viktir but cast like an hermetic spell and gains 6 Breakthrough Points;
B - The Verditius learns a spell level 45 like any other spell but with the particular duration and range, and gains 9 Breakthrough Points;
C - The Verditius learns a spell level 45 like any other spell but with the particular duration and range, BUT gains 6 Breakthrough Points because the original effect is of level 30.
D - Something else that I missed.

And if the answer is B or C, his Lab Total should be equal to 30 (orignal rune spell) or 45 (hermetic adaptation) to learn the spell?
Thanks for your answers and time.

The hermetic one.

But as a SG you should feel free to tweak all integration breakthrough numbers as you see fit. The rules are a rather simple abstraction, so if you think a particular effect can lend a lot of insight or is mythically appropriate, increase the Breakthrough Points - conversely, feel free to lower them, even to 0, if you feel the magus is repeating the same stuff with tiny variations just to milk the abstract rules.

Thanks for your answer!

I'm not affraid to change the numbers a bit, I was just a bit lost on the base rules. Plus, seeing how high level Hermetic Rune Spells are I don't think I'll nerf his progress that much.
