What is the process of gaining a new voting sigil? The loss of the sigil is obvious, eyewitnesses can prove it. Tribunal is coming, urgent need for a new one. Does the quaesitor decide in this case alone, or maybe the attended magi on the next tribunal?
I do not think there is a formal process for just recreating a new physical token to replace the old one (then again, this may be a big deal for the Tremere). It's not that it can be falsified or anything: each magus has his own uniquely-shaped sigil, and if some fun-loving Tytalus tries to dump one or more copies of the same sigil into the pool it's something that gets immediately noticed (and, I believe, really annoys the presiding quaesitor).
