Are there rules for the gradual increase or decrease of a magical aura's power rating, similar to the rules for divine auras in RoP:D?

No, not really, and sure, why not?
Magic does not always follow hard, orderly rules. The Hermetic Order has tried to fit it all into such, but even then it keeps leaking out the edges. So, with regard to things like the above, have it do what you need/want it to do.
I agree. I was just wondering if rules had been written. I didn't recall any, but wanted to check.
