Where did you get the Aura 5 for the awakening?

it is based on the forest aura, which is required, natural auras max at 5, she has a forest regio network so she should have no problem finding a level 5 aura, and I assumed that since you allowed a level 7 aura that a level 5 would be no problem.

Technically you need to make AL rolls to be able to use the regio network properly. But I suppose you could keep rolling until you got a decent roll. And I am giving 15 Might familiars to people normally, so you ought to get some benefit from the Awakening Virtue. Take the 5 Aura and the 25 Might familiar.

Three things jump out for cycle 2.

The vim summa should be 12/17 not 12/19.

You have 15 xp for reading the MT summa. I get Q11 + 3 = 14 xp

If you waited to read the MT summa until you had Ook bound as a familiar, then he (she?) could read alongside you at no penalty. Then again, maybe you needed the MT for the awakening/binding.

I did need the MT to bind him...or thought I did... I was at one point considering pushing for a higher might/aura but decided it wasn't reasonable and was prohibitively expensive.

I just saw your initial expenditure of Qualities for Ook. They look good to me. I'm assuming, based on his languages, but he comes from the -er- forests around Egypt. (Yes, I know that there are forests in Egypt. It's just that we always seem to think of it as a desert, so it seems funny.)
