Both of those seem appropriate to a Vim spell. In fact, I was looking at those names of power myself.

What exactly do you mean by "Thoth's magic raising" and "Hecate's magic raising?"

It means that each of them give a +5 bonus for spells to raise magical power- my primary thoughts when I wrote that were for Wizards communion and Feeding the Font of the covenant...

I don't think that's quite how Regio Networks operate. The rules say:

I've always taken that to mean that you need to make a roll for the Area Lore for that particular locale. So, if you're trying to find a regio entrance in the Iberian Tribunal, you need to make an EF 9 AL:Iberian Tribunal check. You would not have a single AL for the whole network that would suffice for finding network entrances all across the world.

Europe is awfully large for a single Area Lore. Just so you know, I will make the EF relatively high to find a nearby entrance to the regio. Knowledge as broad as Europe says that you know where an entrance is in "France," not necessarily "near to Paris." The broader the area, the shallower the knowledge about any individual place.

Yes, we covered this already, OOK has area lore: Europe(forests) at level 4 already.

And for Spring 1220, Meliai will have to choose between adventure xp and exposure xp. She can't have both. (I assume she'll pick the adventure xp.) She can still have a correspondence, however.
