As of Right now, Lough Caillte has a very simple charter.1) Keep Mab out of trouble (easy enough, there is a great deal of assistance to do so)

  1. Damage control if you can't keep Mab out of trouble (harder).

  2. Diedre is in charge, and her word is law.
