Romulus and Remus might fit mythic blood, but not magic blood. There may well be faerie versions of them, but they are not magic.
Simply substituting an appropriate magical bloodline is the only requirement for this character however.

Since the virtue does not require specifying the source, I am going to mark this as approved- worth noting magical blood does 8not* require magical ancestry, and with the backstory spirit might have been a better fit, potentially explaining the regio network. I'm not going to ask you to rework the character, just noting the rules.
