Mooks in FS2

So...if I am reading this right, no more +5 Outcome needed to hit mooks. Hit them at all, they go down. I do have one question about using the pregenerated mook results....this precludes the possibility then of them getting a Way Awful Failure, correct? Me, I'm just going to rule that Mooks never suffer these failures. Their lives are short and brutal enough as is...
