My House - my talisman

Jakob ex Jerbiton’s House – A Talisman (Jakob is a woodcarver with a focus on wood and Puissant finesse. His spells deal Herbam, expecially with sculpting useful things from wood and animating them. He has taught his woodpecker of virtue familiar some Magic theory.

The Travelling Block House
This is the Talisman of a Jerbiton Magus. It’s a model of a windowless Block House, carved from only 5 blocks of magically created perfect wood, about one pace by two paces and half a pace high, ornately carved with a master bed room (2 bed cots), a common room with 4 cots and a roofed stable with two boxes. Circles that can be used for warding spells have been carved into the floor. One of the circles in the floor is actually a hole, creating a place for a fire. A friend has enchanted this ring with the spell Be rid of the Tell Tale Smoke, and she has added Circular Ward against heat and flames to keep the fire inside the circle. The carving, done by highly skilled craft magic by the Magus himself, is so excellent that it gives +3 to rolls to impress, charm etc. (cf. City&Guild).
It can be commanded to grow to real house size and to shrink to comfortably fit into a little leather bag worn at the belt.
The magus has a wooden key that serves as an arcane connection to the House, and has a spell to call it to him at whim (ReHe30).

He ends the effect by saying “thank you, my house” or “thank you for the furniture, my house” in Latin. This spell is very popular with the grogs, because all they have to do is carry the dirty stuff outside.

How can he create windows? What else is needed?

Mmm, a Mu(Re)He, Conc spell to make a part of the wood soft and move it aside and stick to the wall around the window area.
An extra CrTe, Conc spell to temporarily create glass for the windows, active until windows have been covered back up with wood.

If the fire is supposed to heat the house, you need to change the ward so it doesnt stop heat.

An alternative could be to use MuHe to make wood soft or even liquid and "mold" it into a house made from a single piece of wood. This also doesnt need magically created wood.

This as written requires "intelligent" magic, not bad by default but some dont like that idea.
I would change it to ability to create any of a certain number of predetermined furniture, or furniture sets.
Might want to add a bit to size as well.
