flaw name-blue(-1?)
your skin is a sharp shade of blue!
I am not sure if this would even work as a flaw,or just discription,will need help in that regard.

Probably already covered by Disfigured.
If not, it's effectively something like Tainted by Evil or that lesser Outsider flaw in RoP:Divine, with minor social penalties.

I dunno, would certainly mark you as exotic. Isn't there certain faeries with odd colored skin? Could this be part of the quirk that accompanies Strong Faerie Blood?
