Speed reading itself sounds doable but hermetic magic isn't very good at determining abstract truth. What if two sources in the library give contradictory answers to the question?
Moreover, Concentration means you have to cast it every hour or so. Do you think 1 casting is enough to get your answer even if you hold it for a few seconds, or are you trying to model the fact that you have to stay focused for a few hours?
