So if I am reading this correctly, a character with Path of Wushu can basically dodge any and every Martial Arts attack as long as that dodge causes them to be missed since the dodge wont end up costing them anything as they will move up in the shot order. Is that correct?
Looks like, unless there is errata. Only works on named characters though, so I guess when one of the good guys assumes the horse stance, a smart villain responds by ordering his mook horde to get that guy.
