Penetration of (Lesser, Focus, Greater) Powers Virtues

I have a doubt about the Ability Penetrationand the Penetration Bonus granted by the Virtues (NOT Qualities) that grant Powers (Focus, Lesser, Greater or Personal). Do they stack?

Yes, the Penetration Ability works with the powers. I think this is stated in the back of ArM5. I'm not sure what bonus you're mentioning, though. Usually the way you improve an individual power's penetration is by lowering its cost. (Note, there are a few printed errors with regard to this, such as under Transforming the Spirit.)

Well the RoP: Magic in Pages 44-46 says:

Then i maintain the doubt... If in case of no Penetration bonus or score, you still can use the Penetration Ability.
