I'm relatively new to ARM5, but I like the system, and I tend to come up with quirky characters.
I have Metacreator, with all the current expansions for it, so I can create characters easily and quickly, and can play near anything the SG wishes (though I'd prefer to avoid Tytalus, I'm not a big ''Conflict being blatant'' fan. Can do it, I'd just have to be an atypical one)
I'd be able to do almost any posting rate, from 1 post a week to more than 1 a day, if needed, given that I browse the forums at least 3 times a day.
The only thing I'd really need is the SG's ruling on how to deal with stress die etc, do they want it done by some online mechanism, honour system, or what?
