The target of this spell will feel the great burden uppon his shoulders (8 times their normal weight). This burden will send most mundanes to the ground to bite the dust. With the expense of a fatigue level, the victim can go about with his action for the round (with -3 penality) & will likely fall uncouncious over the next few rounds.
