There are two types of (Element) summoning. One is the one the Terrae Cult has, mentioned in HoH:TL Guernicus chapter and later given more mechanical meat in The Sundered Eagle under one of the covenants where the cult is central. Each different element is a major virtue and a mystery cult ptobably only has access to one variant but it does mention the possibility of the other three elements having their own (Element) Summoning. There is also the Elementalist which is in HMRE and is what Ezzelino is talking about.
