Table Talk - Development

Hello everyone,

You may have noticed that my posts have been less and less frequent, in this game and in silveroak's. I really enjoyed the Ad Astra Per Aspera saga, and can see a lot of potential in The Rise of Atlantis. However, I have trouble getting the motivation to post lately. I think it is best for me to step aside and give the opportunity to someone else to play.

Trogdor: You can find the latest version of Simon here. Perhaps you can salvage it as a NPC or if a future player doesn't want to go through the process of creating an archmage, he or she can take it over.

For the familiar, I intended to play on the symbolism of snakes, using a mix of Lithuanian (especially the myth of Eglė the Queen of Grass Snakes) and Greek mythologies.

For the magus itself, his main goal was to help the crippled and destitute overcome their handicap / poverty and life aptly through the use of Muto (examples: give and extra set of legs and arms to the crippled, grow a new pair of eyes, etc.) and extensive use of silver. He would have had had with an affinity with shapeshifting, he would see as channelling his past incarnations in the Cycle as animals, trees, etc, on top of being a Criamon.

I enjoyed participating in stories with all of you. I'll probably still be on the forums for time to time, to continue to follow your adventures.

Edit: If any of you want the excel file with the somewhat automated formulas, and dropbox doesnt work, just send me a PM and I will email it to you.

Sorry to see you go. Simon was looking to be an interesting addition to the magi of Atlantis.

But I understand how motivation can wane. Best of luck in the future.

After careful consideration I have decided this campaign is not for me. I wish you all good stories and the best of luck.

Sorry to see you go. I thought Haestus was a good character.
