tacle alphabet?

what would the magi equilivent of brail be?

Why would there be an equivalent of Braile, an alphabet invented in the 19th century, in Mythic Europe. Why would you create a writing system for the blind when illiteracy is the rule?

Now, mute/deaf is another matter--many silent monasteries had sign language systems (but nothing standardized).

There wouldnt be such because magi would fix the blindness...

or they'd use MuIm to turn visual into auditive species if the blindness was beyond a magic cure

Ah yes, hadnt thought about that possibility. Lol...

Only time in RAW AFAIK that blindness would be incurable is if it was a flaw taken at character creation. Then it's considered part of the essential nature.

oh.
