News of 1131:
Lothaire II has been crowned king of Germany and has pledged troops to aid Innocent II in defeating Roger II since he is supporting Anacletus II. Roger II is facing conflict on multiple fronts due to a combination of his claims over Calabria and Apulia being so recent and the conflict between the two papal claimants. Roger II will be calling up troops on rotation for the forseeable future.

As a note: this quantity of silver fills a 10 by ten foot room to a depth of a hair over 1 foot.
Anna suggests donating half of their silver savings to a nearby church. She does not understand economics.
In other news, Anna is reserving two seasons of instructor time in 1133. One season from Marcus to teach herself, Fang and anyone else who wants to sit in, the art of teaching. A second season from Blossom to teach finesse, this season is not open.
Finally she would like to trade some of her vis for the covenant stores. Specifically, she would deposit 5 Perdo, 5 Terram, 1 Corpus, and 4 aquam and withdraw 10 vim vis. She could of course, head down to the Mercere house and make a similar trade, but then the "profit" wouldn't go to the covenant. Anna abstains from voting on the subject.
Out of curiosity, since you mention the size, is storage space any issue, or are you just showing how wealthy we are?

Danaë speaks privately to each member of the Council. She has commissioned Gloriana to create a spell to enhance a person's communication skills for the spring of 1133, and offers those who wish to be so enhanced a space for 1 Me or 1 Creo. Of course, if the Covenant wishes to fund this effort, so much the better! Spaces are limited! (Warping may be an issue for some, she is looking to get Gloriana to cast it twice)

I'm assuming its one vis per space per casting? So, Anna will offer 2 Creo vis for her self, 2 creo vis for her son, and 2 creo vis for her daughter.
Oliverius is definitely interested for himself. He'll discuss with Arduino regarding the future; He can pay for the ritual for his apprentice, but Arduino's personality and interests don't seem too focused on educating others or writing correspondence.

He will ask Neleos if this is something he might wish to participate in; he will be grave when discussing the perils of Warping, but will wax enthusiastic about the Teaching opportunities, his legacy of works, and that perhaps sullen Neleos might be very well-served with just such an opportunity. Despite Neleos's age, Andros often speaks earnestly to him, as if he were an adult. If Neleos wants it, he will pay for the 2 times.
•On other Covenfolk joining the Ritual: Danaë will ask that the Covenant then pay for the cost of the vis involved in casting the Rituals, 6 Cr/Me per casting.
(Gloriana is charging her 3 Me vis /casting, + the 6 it costs to cast, + 3 Cr or Me to develop the spell...actually pretty cheap! But Danaë hopes to turn this into a profitable opportunity)
•Note that this spell will be completed near the end of Spring, and cast at that point, so Teaching/adventure totals due to raised Com. would not be effective until Summer.
•The circle can fit 21 people, by silveroak's count. To get around this limit, Gloriana can Spontaneously cast a shrinking spell (better have very small robes or towels ready, she can't change their belongings, just their bodies!), MuCo 25 (so no Warping) Base 3 + 1 extra shrinking R: Touch, D: Sun, Target: Room to turn everybody except herself and Mother Rabbit in the room from size 0 to size -4. Not sure how many more people will fit, but should be a significant number (up to 50 total?)

Evandrus will take the offer of a free space! Good call on Anna. I assume that magi have some what of figuring that out.
Going from InCo Guidelines it would probably be a InMe 4 or InMe 5 for a base so Anna could figure it out with No Fatigue Spont casting. Anna will still pay for her children though.
Arduino is interested and takes advantage of his master's willingness to pay for him.

Neleos will (sullenly, as usual) discuss with Andros about it. Although he doesn't really care about the 'great teaching opportunities', having been around the covenant and magi, he understands that he'll probably have to write some books, and will one day need an apprentice as a magus of the Order. He will accept.
Oliverius will pay for himself and Arduino, I'll figure out what arts of vis he'll give over tonight after work.

Gloriana notes in passing to the Council that as no other magus has volunteered to create Byron's LR, she could conceivably separate a season to craft it in her lab, perhaps in 1135 (when he turns 40), if he yet lives. Is this vis disbursal (4 Co/Cr combination) approved?

News and events of 1132:
Roger II war starts out going well as he sends Robert II and Ranaulf II to Rome to support Anacletus against Innocent. Things turned poorly however when Rogers half sister and Roberts wife fled to Roger with tales of being an abused wife. Robert demanded his wife be returned to him, and when Roger denied him Robert turned on him and rebelled, defeating Roger in June at Nocera.
The war is ongoing, and while gratitude is earned this year it cannot be used to purchase manors this year.
