several weeks ago I sent a request via your form to know if it is possible to acquire the translation rights for the French version in order to relaunch the range. I didn't get any answer from you, is there a problem?

Sometimes emails get lost in the shuffle or the right person isn’t looped in. I ended up calling directly, which sped things up quite a bit. If you've been waiting that long, I'd definitely suggest giving them a ring, much faster than waiting for a form reply. When I had to deal with some official translations for documents, I worked with LAS Ltd. They're pretty responsive and got back to me quickly every time I had a clarification. Worth checking out if this doesn’t move forward.
