Two Questions Re: Regiones

First, if a regio exists within the boundaries of an Aegis of the Hearth, does the aegis affect any layer(s) of the regio other than the one on which it was cast?

Second, is it possible to teleport via The Leap of Homecoming through one or more regio level boundaries, assuming one has the necessary arcane connection?

Leap of Homecoming and Regiones[/i]"]Leap of Homecoming, and similar Rego Corpus spells, instantly transport the caster to a location to which he has an Arcane Connection to. In general, nothing prevents the caster from crossing a regio boundary in this manner. On the other hand, some regiones cannot be entered or left via Rego Corpus effects.

It is specific to a regio and in general hard to determine, whether that regio exists within a certain area in Mythic Europe, or only can be accessed from such an area. So it is also specific to each regio, whether it is protected by a particular Aegis of the Hearth outside of it or not.
