New UNESCO database of "stuff that matters" (no Dan Browns around here) with LOADS of stuff in more than 50 languages and high historical background. It is more modern than the Ars period, but useful no0ne the less.

Nice find.
It is an excellent resource that I've referred to often.
Mostly earlier than the Ars period, but there are some beautiful semi-medieval manuscripts there to see, it looks like.
