This thread is for labs that are set up but currently unoccupied, including both member labs (since the covenant planned for five members, but has only two at the moment) and guest labs.
Stats for the labs of current members, and of semi-permanent guests (e.g., Fray), can be found in those magi's character sheets.
In addition to the lab(s) listed below, the covenant has equipment for two more member labs, and four more guest labs, but currently lacks space to set up that equipment.
This lab was set up in a large storeroom on the first level of the caves. Although it's a full-sized and mostly standard lab, it has no attached living quarters. Therefore, a magus wishing to maintain it within his sanctum would need to set up some sort of temporary quarters by partitioning a part of the large room outside this lab's door.
