What happened at the Grand Tribunal of 1195?

I'm going to write a story about a maga attending the grand tribunal of 1195. I have Guardians of the Forest, so I have a vague idea of what happens at a Grand Tribunal, but I'm looking for topics on the agenda etc.

Please don't let your creativity run wild: I'm interested in canon events, anything that is mentioned in any published Ars magica book, not in creative speculation that isn't based on the official timeline.
