Background: William grew up in Cad Gadu, the Domus Magna of House ex Miscellanea, a great-grandson of a Gifted Mercere. His Gift was relatively weak, and he had already learned Shapeshifting by the time to open his Arts. There was a terrible calamity when his Arts were opened, and he lost his Gift. He has served as a lab assistant, taking notes in addition to learning the routes between covenants in the Stonehenge Tribunal. He is deeply loyal to them and has Oath of Fealty to House Mercere, and strives to enhance Mercere’s position.
Character Notes: William is 23, has (45 + 45 + 300 + 50) 440 total Experience points (Redcap gets Well Travelled as a free Virtue). His Shapeshifter forms are a falcon and wolf, stats taken from the Mundane Bestiary. His forms have his skills, but the bodies are completely different than his own; if he wishes his wolf to be stronger, he will need a spell cast separately in his wolf form, distinct from spells on his human form.

It’s big enough to hold clothing and a number of messages. This allows William to carry messages in his animal forms.
Hat of Mutable Persona: Pen 0, 24/day MuIm 15 (Base 3, +1 Touch, +1 Conc, +5 Item Maintains Conc, +5 24/day) Derived from the spell Disguise of the Transformed Image (ArM5 p. 146) This symbol of his office is enchanted, it changes the Look, Sound, and smells of the wearer to something else, as long as it’s human-shaped.
