The argument that Christianity is a thinly disguised polytheism has been made time and time again.
If you think handling Zoroastrianism is tricky, consider Tengriism. It's equally dualistic, but arguably also non-theistic. Yet, by all accounts, it would mainly not qualify for the "Divine" treatment because it's outside of the traditional bounds of Mythic Europe, which makes it automatically Faerie realm based. [WHich, arguably, might aslo apply to the Atenism mentioned earlier in the thread.]
At some point, you can only shrug at the rules and tell a story, rather than worry over logic. At the end of the day, as long as the players have faith in your story, it's a success. Which makes you a faerie, of course...
Atenism is specifically Divine in "Lands of the Nile". How the faerie religions managed to extinguish it is a Plot Hook.

Actually in TCatC I intentionally gave 4 options for the Realm alignment of the Mongols. Tengriism could be Divine IMO but YMMV.

In p.182 box Mythic Mongol Story Seeds you indeed outline rough campaign options for Infernal, Faerie and Divine Mongols, separate from the p.180ff Mundane Mongols and even the p.183f Mythic Mongols.
Also the LotN p.68 top box Luxor story seed, which in passing mentions Amarna / Akhetaten (see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amarna ), leaves any realm alignment of its founding Pharaoh open.
