That's risky, Sophronia will still cast her spell, and Cygna's spell can't hurt. She'll at least be asleep once she transforms, and if the transformation happens at sunset and the process interferes with her Form, we'll have a sleeping animal with the failed spell, rather than an awake animal with the failed spell.
Yeah, too bad moonrise can't be a few minutes after sunset. Sure would make this easier.
So, have Cygna put her to sleep just before sunset, and Sophronia cast her formulaic version just after, since she has it Mastered and stuff? And chain her up when Cygna puts her to sleep (again, bad choice of words, here) just in case?
Both sleep spells work, if cast before the sun sets. If cast after the sun sets, when Sinmore is a beast, it does not work-- as a werebeast she has no Mentem; it would require Animal to put her to sleep.

No-- it doesn't affect her because between sunset and sunrise, she has no Mentem. Cygna would need a ReAn to put Sinmore to sleep once she's changed.
Unless "Go to sleep" counts as a "single suggestion," than Cygna won't be able to do much. She's got Int 4 + Re 5 + An 3 + Aura 5 = 17, so she can probably pull off a Level 10 effect. Figure +1 for Touch and +2 for Sun, then she can't do much more than a Base 3. "Plant a single suggestion in the mind of an animal" is Base 2, so the target for a R: Touch, D: Sun, T: Individual would be 5. Next up would be "Calm an animal" (Base 4), but that would put her target level at 15.
Scupper it, let's go with the Base 2 /Level 5 "Go to sleep" and hope it works. Just after sundown, unless Attravere (30+die) or Sophronia (25+die) wants to give it a go.
Cygna rolls a 5 for a total of spell level 11. If "calm down" is a base 4 then base 3 isn't enough to put her to sleep, but it is more than sufficient to say, "STAY."
The giant slathering weregulon sits and stays, though she is still snarling. The beast is enormous and terrifying.
Sure Sophronia's will try, but with target of circle and ring duration and drawing a new circle outside Attravere's ward. This way she can avoid touching Sinmore's were form.
Sophronia rolls a 5 as well; specify what effect you're going for.

Base 5, Dur: Ring, Tar: Circle. It's sufficient to put the beast to sleep. She will not be able to escape the circle until after sunrise, when she's no longer Animal.

"I doubt that such enchantment would count for covenant service with Sinmore's probationary status. She's done a few things that leave me in doubt as to whether she'd achieve unanimous approval to join the covenant. Since council approval is also needed for covenant service of that type..." Attravere will leave it at that.

I believe the way Ring duration is worded, it ends once she leaves the circle, so it would have to be re-cast nightly).

Circle lasts until the circle is broken, or the duration of the spell ends. Since that throws it back to Ring, when Sinmore exits the ring in human form the spell(s) of Ring duration will automatically end, since they no longer have a valid target.
When Attravere begins to nod off he'll turn to Cygna and Sophronia and ask, "I notice you don't seem tired at all stretch... could one of you wake me closer to the dawn? I thought I'd yawn prepared for this by getting some rest in earlier, but it doesn't seem like enough."
