[color=blue]"'Stench'? Just what is your sigil, Marcus?"

"Oh, I'm not looking to join your team. I'm not even sure that it is permissible. However, my team has underperformed at this tournament, and the agreement was that we had to get to the semi-finals in our respective events to collect a share of prizes. My team doing well in the Scavenger Hunt is a bad deal for me."

"That depends on the magnitude. It smells like roasted meats, but above 6th magnitude it smells like the meant has burned and at 8th magnitude people have told me that I give off smoke, too."

[OOC: So, last night when I posted this, I must've edited Peregrine's post. I submit it here, so it exists on it's own, even if it is out of sequence. By the way, at that time, I believe I had been up well over 18 hours, on about 3 hours of sleep from the night before.]

"Just need to smell my sigil. If it's weak, there's nothing there that I was searching for. If it's strong, then there is something. If it's very strong, I've likely lost control of my magic, and there's something there. If I'm passed out and the stench is overpowering, the same, and you're on your own for the rest of the event." Marcus says.

Alexei shrugs. "Seems easy enough. Fiona, who was going to participate in the hunt? Wasn't one of our newer members and yourself going to? I say we take our Sodales Marcus up on his offer."

[color=blue]"Two, actually. It's me, Fieltarn, and Jormungand who are our team." She looks at Marcus for a moment, seemingly appraising him. [color=blue]"I see no reason why not. He might prove to be the difference maker."

"I think this is a win-win arrangement." Marcus sits on a bench and begins scratching the bottom of his right leg stub. When he's seated it's completely obvious his legs end at the knee.

Alright, you can go forward on the Scavenger Hunt. You can add Marcus's scores to your own.
