1229 Wifait Of Flambeau

If you are confused with my attempts to set a tone and stage for whatever Wifait did, i can just write "Adventure" at every line.

practice experience would be 7+2 instead of 7+3 for independent study. The issue is that it was not clear this is what you were doing and looked like the book rules of 10xp/season. It appears this only applies to one season however- I will process the advancement later. Lets try to communicate a bit more at each step...

I'd prefer that all of those seasons be adventuring and not practice (simply because of 1 exp per season, yes). However, if so many adventures isn't ok, then i would like some rule like "no more than X adventuring seasons per year" just so there will be no reason to ask you about any given activity.
Because, simple journey from Provence to Egypt could be either exposure, practice, or adventure depending on circumstances and behaviour. Hence, i prefer to note in history of advancement that Wifait has had quite a life filled with adventures and edgedancing without going into details that probably will never come up in game (and if they did, i would rather imagine them post factum than create whole life of adventuring magus with a miniscule chance that it will play any role except for "was there, was doing that").

If it is an adventure you cannot put more than 5 points into a single ability- in your first winter you put all of your points into Arabic, which means it is practice instead of adventure.

Also lets make the area lore Egypt instead of Africa- you didn't explore the whole of Africa.

Ok, let it be Egypt.
I will tweak that season a bit so it will still be adventuring one.

From your original I get 55 points in Magic lore instead of 50

I also show your magic theory went up to 32, not 34, 10 points will give you a 4, not 3 in Muto, and I show 45, not 50 points in parma magica

True. Fixed with respect to the advancement page: 34 Magic Theory, 55 Magic Lore, 45 Parma Magica.

you are also going to need to index the year or we are going to get lost in this thing really quickly

I will add Wifait's age as a point of reference to the beginning of each year.

right now you are ending with 2 springs...

That's only because i didn't finished second season.

let me know when you are done with the changes- it's better to not be working on the same material simultaneously

Done.

Also, don't look at spells and specifically at casting totals: i will fix them all at once at the very end of generation as they tend to change a lot and be unimportant in by-season timescale.

character sheet you have a typo on carouse- you have it at 2 with 5 points, it is 2 with 15 points.

I believe, there's first decade. Especially curious what do you think about last season and it's enchanment.

You put up 11 years, which results in an issue, because I am set up to do up to 10 years at a time, and if you have advanced your character 11 years they will not match.
On the other side let me thank you for making your formulation of experience very uniform and easy to process with excel
If you are asking about the spade of the clean laboratory it is pretty much the same as gleam of the freshly polished glass, except duration. What I am less clear about is what is being enchanted, but with the numbers you use it could easily have been a random rock you picked up off the road, so I'm not really worried about that- however I would point out that anything made of bronze or granite would have given a +3 to your lab total and reduced your need for aging rolls- as I stated this is in year 11 if you want to revise this we won't even be retconning which I am far more tolerant of during character creation (especially the early years)

Oh, sorry.
I will delete last year (and save it for later use) and will only advance up to the 31-st year.
In fact, in Spade of the Clean Laboratory was used some common spade. However, if you are telling that bronze or granite would reduce need for aging rolls...Tho, i'm a little confused as to what exactly you mean by that...

I was looking over shape and material bonuses and didn't realize you already had those maxed by using a spade... in theory a bronze spade would give you a +7 lab bonus, but of course that is limited by magic theory- right now I am trying to help multiple players so my attention is divided.

Since you are currently adjusting your character sheet please let me know when you are finished.
