I will bring an arcane connection if I can, but if I can simply find the correct location that should be enough. There must be something under there, though. Vis doesn't simply jump into a bottle.

The answer to the first is that it is in this building. Two rooms down from this council chamber. Now as for requesting a different book, we can request, from the Tribunal, another book. We must trade one that we have back to the Tribunal.

I've been to some covenants where you simply walked in, and if the tome was on the shelf you could simply help yourself, and others where you had to submit a written request to the librarian indicating which book you wanted and for how long.

We have a Librarian. Master Goran and his wife Jelena track the books and keep them in shape and also keeps an eye on the scribes. When getting one you will have to sign a ledger. We trust everyone will treat the books with proper respect.
