It's the second so I'll post two!

The first would be to make Fixing an Arcane connection something a magus can do as a seasonal activity in combination with other things, the way it can be done with Solomonic Magic. if performing multiple activities in one season, this activity is considered a Level 5 effect, and would cost a pawn on Vim vis.

The second would be to duplicate an existing Arcane connection:

This requires a pawn of Vim vis and an appropriate object to become the new connection. It does not affect the original connection, and so creates a new Arcane Connection. When performing multiple activities in one season, this is considered a Level 5 effect.

Obviously I'm super behind already, life happens.

Third discovery

Combining the guidelines for creating an arcane connection with the guidelines for extending an arcane connection to allow creating arcane connections that provide bonuses to Penetration.

So every two magnitudes above the level required to create the connection in the first place would translate to a bonus to your penetration multiplier.
